Customers are responsible for ensuring items are properly packaged.

4. Prohibited Items

We do NOT ship illegal or restricted items, including but not limited to:

Drugs or controlled substances

Flammable or hazardous materials

Perishable goods (unless approved)

Any prohibited items will be confiscated and reported to authorities.

5. Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by local authorities.

dfgxpress is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Fees & Payments

All shipping and processing fees must be paid in full before delivery.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Additional fees may apply for overweight, oversized, or special handling items.

7. Package Handling & Liability

We handle packages with care, but we are not responsible for:

Damage due to poor packaging

Manufacturer defects

Delays beyond our control

Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

8. Insurance

Optional insurance may be available at an additional cost.

Uninsured packages are shipped at the customer’s risk.

9. Delivery & Pickup

Customers must present valid identification to collect packages.

Packages not collected within a specified period may incur storage fees.

10. Refund Policy
